Caribe Stays will need to collect a government issued ID (Passport, Cedula or Driver License) for each registered guest prior to arrival. All registered guests must send an ID prior to arrival, and the number of registered guests must match the number on the reservation.

As of March 28, 2021, the large water park, Laguna SOV, is open Friday & Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. A Day pass costs $500 pesos per adult and $300 pesos per child. Children under 3 are free.
